SHIPPING TIME

The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed - as several factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by the designated shipping provider. Shipping time does not include processing time and does not include weekends or holidays.

    • Orders within the US have an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 business days.

    • Orders made internationally have an estimated delivery time of 10 - 30 business days.

  • Products shipped from China

    • Products include backpacks.

    • Shipping providers include DHL Express, 4PX Worldwide Express, UBI Smart Parcel, Express Mail Service, S.F.. The shipping provider used will be determined by our trusted third-party distributors.

    • Orders to all SHIP TO locations have an estimated delivery time of 10 - 30 business days.

    • This does not include the time it takes for us to process your order (2 - 5 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM/RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact me and ship the item back within 14 days from the delivery date so that we can fix your order ASAP. We can offer a replacement as long as the customer provides proof of what happened (for example, videos, pictures, or notification from the local post office that the item has been damaged).
